Thursday April 22
Today in Kindergarten we drew people to go along with the houses we created yesterday. These people will be the citizens of the community we are making!
We also practiced measuring using non-standard units of measurement. The units we have used so far are math cubes, paperclips, and dominoes. An easy way to practice non-standard measurement at home is by counting the number of steps it takes to cross the room. Compare the difference between how many steps it takes for little feet to cross the room and how many for larger feet!
In gym we continued our soccer skills learning and played some fun games.
We also had music and library. It was a busy day!!!
Tomorrow is AM Friday.
There is no school for students on Monday April 26th as it is a Professional Day.
