Wednesday February 17

Today we painted the background to our penguin dioramas. We talked about the habitat of a penguin and what our backgrounds will look like.  Thank you to everyone for sending boxes and supplies to make a penguin habitat.

We learned the letter u song and practised printing the letter u. We made our U's into underwater or unicorns. 

We learned a new math game with dice. We had to roll the dice and write down the number we rolled and then after 7 turns we had to order the numbers in sequence from smallest to largest.

We had centers and gym.

Please return home reading and library books tomorrow.  Your child will receive a new library book tomorrow and new home reading will be sent home on Monday.

Friday is a PM kindergarten day.
