Today we read, Sneezy The Snowman and made a list of things that are hot and cold. We sorted pictures into groups of hot and cold and had to decide what would melt a snowman and what would keep it cold. 

We made melted snowman art. We used paint to sponge out our melted snowman and used construction paper to add the snowman's items. We had to think of a reason our snowman would melt. 

We had music with Mrs. Coulson. Ask your child what they did. 

We made snowman name art. If your child can't spell out the letters in their name. Please practice this at home. Have fun with learning the letters in their name. Write it out in salt or sugar on a baking sheet, cut out the letters from a magazine or flyer, use food colouring and water in a squeeze bottle and go outside and spell it out in the snow. 

We had centers. Ask your child who they played with and what centers they visited.
